A1 Civil was established in 2022 and quickly grew with its team and equipment. A1 Recruitment had a strong pool of civil staff, making this the next step forward. The business is now owned by Sifa—our main supervisor—and Dawn Leveridge and family. Sifa has worked with Dawn for 15 years and is now a co-owner. We’ve built this business to reward our team with bonuses, growth opportunities, and a share in the success.

Our teams have played key roles on major Tier One projects, including the City Rail Link in Tāmaki Makaurau, where our supervisor led work on a major station’s civil and drainage components. Today, we're active on Tāmaki Makaurau’s next wave of infrastructure projects, with a growing fleet of machinery and a team of over 40+ skilled workers.
