A1 Group was originally started as A1 Recruitment and quickly grew to be one of the go-to labour hire companies for Civil and Construction in Auckland.

In 2021 with the growing needs in the industry, A1 diversified to fixed price work for our clients and key players in concrete works in Auckland and Waikato with our Contracting division.

A1 Civil was added in 2022 with a high-end civil team in our recruitment division - we decided to do fixed price work where we can offer exceptional people to do the work you need. With our own machines and a talented team, it was an easy move.

Our staff are what makes us, they are the most important part of our business. We put our staff first with all aspects of their employement, from health and safety, to personnel development, to wellbeing and pay rates.
